Data Processing Addendum
Customers that need a DPA for procurement or security review can request one directly. This page exists so the legal path is explicit and does not dead-end.
How to request it
Send your legal entity name, billing email, and procurement contact through the contact page.
If your organization has redlines or a preferred DPA template, attach it in the initial email so review can start without another round trip.
Scope
The DPA request should cover production use, lead data, and any workspace-level integrations that send personal data into Mycel.
Security or data-handling questions that do not require a contract can usually be resolved faster through the privacy policy and direct support answers.
