What is an "AI Lead Action"?+
One AI Lead Action covers the full processing cycle for a single lead: AI enrichment (buyer type, budget, conversation hooks), triage (urgency, sentiment, next best action) and one AI reply in WhatsApp. Each subsequent reply in the same conversation consumes one more action.
How does my offer get found inside ChatGPT or Claude?+
When you publish an offer, Mycel generates an embedding, a manifest.json with AI-readable completion fragments, and up to 30 SEO/GEO articles targeting specific buyer intents. These are indexed by Google and readable by AI agents via Mycel's MCP server — listed on Smithery and compatible with Claude, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, Perplexity and more.
Why is WhatsApp metered separately?+
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window, with rates that vary by country and message category (Marketing is more expensive than Utility or Service). We pass through Meta's actual cost with a flat 30% margin. If Meta lowers prices, you pay less automatically.
Can I upload my existing lead list?+
Yes, from Starter upward. Upload a CSV and AI enriches each contact — inferring budget tier, buyer type, urgency and conversation hooks — then starts the qualification sequence in WhatsApp for those who gave consent.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
If you added a card, you move to your chosen plan on day 15. If not, your workspace is locked (all data saved for 30 days) and you can unlock it any time by adding a payment method.
What is a custom MCP server?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect your own CRM, property database or knowledge base to Mycel's AI. When the AI agent replies to a buyer, it can pull live data from your system — availability, pricing, specs — instead of relying only on the offer description.
